The vets and staff are kind and attentive without making you feel rushed. We have Norfolk and Norwich Terriers, fairly rare breeds, and Dr. Gonsalves took the time to listen to my needs and expectations from a vet. I am a Professional Dog Handler and breeder who invests a great deal of money health testing our dogs before they are bred and caring for them during pregnancy. Dr. Gonsalves and her team get 5 stars from me!
We just moved to town and hadn’t established vet care just yet when one of our girls had a little emergency. BH got her in fast and fixed her right up. Dr Thornhill was so sweet and you can tell that she is passionate about loving on and caring for animals. We found our new vet for sure!!
My faith in Vets has been restored. Dr. Gonsalves is so caring and I can’t say enough about the front office. Michelle helped me with prescriptions for my 12 year old lab mix. Found the best price by calling around and ending up where she started with the best price for a retired fixed income lady and her dog. The online pharmacy was the best price by far. I had Michelle chasing around calling and she did it with grace and patience . Who takes time for the elderly anymore like Barbers Hill Animal Hospital. No one cares like they do.
