Had an appointment with Kristen Sunday for cut/color. Amazing conversation, perfect color, it was EXACTLY what I asked for. Super clean facility, Kristen is truly a Master Stylist!! Will be back over and over!!

Was going for a trim but got a medium length bob cut. I thought I explained thoroughly our struggles to find a stylist who know how to handle a thick Latin hair. I guess we're still out of luck. I know we said we wanted the hair off the neck but I was also expecting a professional view point with knowledge on how to make it nice and clean.
