Thanks to you and your great team for all the hard work that they are doing. I see them out every morning doing an incredible job. I often want to stop them and say thanks but don't want to interfere with their responsibilities. They are paying attention to detail, working hard in very tough weather conditions, and very pleasant to interact with.
