Today I visited the store and had a particular alteration request. The lady…I believe it was Sandy, said she would try to help me. Within hours she contacted me and advised me to pick up the item. I am so happy that she fixed the item just like new. This is the kind of customer service that everyone should receive wherever we go. I recommend this store above many others including Tide Cleaners…I will be bringing my personal cleaning needs to this location from now on. Great customer service!!!!

They are friendly, kind, and extremely professional. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. I had alterations done to a gown for a wedding. The alterations were done wonderfully and in a timely manner. I highly recommend going to Mrs. Karen to have your alterations done. I will be bringing back several more dresses for alterations.
