Crystal is a super amazing stylist who was able to meet my hair needs. She is very personable, taking the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is suffering from alopecia and need someone who understands what you are going through and is very excited to help.

My granddaughter was suffering from hair loss. After several dermatologists visits, we found no relief. I was starting to panic. I prayed for an answer and was lead to Hair by Christal. I recalled her on the news during Hurricane Harvey and how she assisted those in need tirelessly giving of herself. I recalled seeing her and her husband in ICU bith had Covid. She has a big heart. My prayers were answered. She met with us as soon as I called her. She showed genuine concern and patience. My granddaughters chose a unit after going through so many different styles. I cant speak more highly of Christal Mercier and Hair By Christal. I have been a patron of hers for years as well as my daughter. Christal has shown the upmost respect to me, my daughter, and any other person who visits her establishment. I have had wigs made, purchased hair for my daughter, as well as received numerous styles over the years. Each and every style Christal has given me, were tailored personally to me and my preference. Some people may say she is expensive, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Christal provides a quality service at a price that I can afford.
