I have loved this place and have been going there for many years, and I don’t like to go to any other places. Today, I really needed a haircut, and I made it there at 6:45, but I was denied a haircut. I was told there are 3-4 more people waiting so they won't take more people. I thought it was ok if i made it before 7 pm but i was wrong. I wish they can stay open more like other Great Clips. Also, they should also adjust time to 6:30 for closing if they can't take more people once they have enough number of people and they can't go beyond 7 pm.
Paula worked on my hair today and she did a phenomenal job. I had just went in for a routine trim but she suggested a cut that would fit better for the current season and I'm glad to have allowed her to do her thing. I'm more than happy with the outcome. She brings great energy to what she does and it's obvious that she is passionate about her work as well.
