I scheduled an introductory cleaning as a part of an apartment community promotion and communication for this company is HORRIBLE. I live in a Hanover property and they partnered with Amenity to market their membership based services. I called to inquire about booking - the concept is actually really cool- and never received a return call after nearly 2 weeks and 2 messages. My building's leasing manager also followed up and it took nearly 10 days to hear back via email.
When we finally got a hold of the team and booked cleaning the team showed up on the wrong day and the job wasn't thorough. For example, I have placemats on my dining room table and they cleaned...read full review
I will be giving them at least 2 more opportunities to clean my apartment to the standard they advertised (and the standard I expect) before terminating my scheduled services, so this review is subject to change. However, after my service, I was thoroughly disappointed.
They didn’t vacuum my floors, which is obvious because I have a cat. There were dirty footprints on my tile, which easily came off with a Clorox wipe, so I don’t know why that was overlooked. Additionally, my bed linens were not changed and my couch pillows weren’t even fluffed or re-set to make my living room look presentable. It didn’t even smell clean in my apartment. This was my first time using this service as it’s offered through my apartment community. It was the worst cleaning service I’ve had and not to the standard I was expecting. The dishes were not unloaded from the dishwasher, the kitchen sink was FILTHY (dirtier than before they arrived), they left the two dirty dishes in the sink and wiped a dirty rag around them. The bathroom shower glass has a film on it (from their rags as it was clean before they arrived) and the counters have some sort of film on them. The dining room table was not wiped off.
