I brought my boots in the day before Thanksgiving with a broken heel, and every other shop I went to told me it would take a week or two to fix. This was the ONLY place willing to help me on such short notice. I explained that I really wanted to wear these boots for Thanksgiving, and even though they were supposed to take two days (since they were closing for the holiday), the woman helping me said she would try to get them done the same day — and she did!

Not only did she repair the heel perfectly, but she also polished the leather, cleaned up all the scuffs, and even recolored the heel. They looked brand new when I picked them up. She kept the same price...read full review

The owner fixed my shoes they needed to glue them from the soul's. My shoes look amazing. Do not throw away your shoes if they are in good conditions just take them to Wild West boots and get them fixed. The owner will give you his honest opinion.

I highly recommend this place. After purchasing some cheap shoe protectors online I realized they didn't do the job. My shoes were messed up this is when I contacted the Mission Boot And Shoe Repair and asked if they could take my shoes and add the protectors. They gladly said yes and let me tell you the amazing job they did. Not only is their work legit but they are super friendly as well.
