Our fridge broke down… wasn’t cooling at all. I started looking for someone to help repair the fridge and I found this company on google. When I called, they answered right away and were able to schedule me for the next day to see what was the problem with my fridge. Richard was very enthusiastic,open and helpful, he explained to me and my grandma the problem that the fridge had. He was able to help us understand what was the problem and help us know our options on being able to get the part in order for the fridge to work again.
