My experience with Trooper's appliance repair was beyond what I thought it was going to be. I was expecting to call and have to schedule a maintenance person to come to the property in a few days and then eventually my dryer would be up and running. What I got was the complete opposite. When I called I spoke with Mary, who was beyond sweet and asked multiple questions right away about my dryer and had me text over a few photos. She responded right away to my text saying she talking to a technician about my dryer issue. My dryer knob would turn but the mechanism wouldn't turn with it.
