Called Millennium and they had Israel come out to the house about an hour later. He inspected our system and found the issue right away. He was very professional and friendly, and he walked me through the whole process so I understood what was going on. Really appreciated the quick response and great service. Would definitely recommend Millennium AC.
We chose them based on their great reviews and quick follow-up, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Their communication is excellent—they send text notifications for every scheduled service and technician arrival, which makes the whole process very easy and convenient.
Every technician who came to our home was professional, respectful, and very considerate. Israel did a great job explaining the issue with our A/C in a way that was easy to understand. Marcos and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our old ductwork, and Hector, Miguel, and Edward were prompt and thorough while working on our compressor and cleaning the vents.
