Excellent school to train discipline and physical condition in children, excellent teacher who is passionate about Tae Kwon Do, and they teach them breathing and meditation techniques to relax the mind and improve concentration.
Great TKD school in the Mission/McAllen area. It's infrastructure clearly represents the quality, values and professionalism in this martial art. It teaches kids long-lasting values and principles. Such great experiences and very dynamic, including during pandemic times.
