i had one lady, she kept fighting with me on how i wanted to do my nails. o wanted an almond shape and showed her the picture i came in with- she cut them square. i tried telling her i was hard of hearing but she wouldnt let me finish my sentence before saying she didnt want to do it anymore. so now im with a new guy- he cut me multiple times, didnt do anything about it. i got flower designs it bled together and he didnt fix it, just kept going with it. EDIT i went in today and LV fixed them and definitely took his time to make them look great. service was way better thank you!

I used to go to nail infinity religiously before it went under new management and absolutely loved how they treated me when I would come in. My nails and feet always looked nice and I would have a good genuine time with the staff. Today I came in for the first time since management changed and I was absolutely disappointed. I did a walk in and asked for a short full set acrylic. They tell me to wait 30 minutes which is fine. I expected to wait bc again I did a walk in. They tell me to sign in and come back. I do just that. I come back and now i have to make an appointment..... why tell me to come back in 30 minutes just for you to turn me down. And honestly I would have... read full review

Overdue review. Worst nail shop period. I did callus removal for my pedicure and the lady cut both my feet! We couldn't even finish and she had to clean my feet and area. I asked that once they patched me up to paint my nails and there was no apology. I had to wait for my friend to finish and when we paid he had the gall to charge the entire pedicure and extra $5 for callus removal. No apology, nothing. They do this as they know folks will still give them their money. Not me! Never again.
