My husband and I always do our own taxes, but in 2020 since Covid hit and I was receiving unemployment, received the stimulus, we decided to go with a “professional.” Biggest mistake!!! GandB long story short Vero Briones inputted one of our documents wrong. We got a letter this year we were being audited for the year 2020, we tried contacting her several times and kept getting run around until she finally called back and agreed to meet with us. In that meeting (which we have recorded) she admitted to the mistake that’s costing us $13,000. If I could give a zero star I would. Believe or not this place came highly recommended. Unfortunately I have been filing taxes for over 20 years and had the worst experience. I don't know if it is because I wasn't from the area or what the issue was. But here are facts. I called and was requested to uploaded all my info on the app so i did. I received a call a few days prior to my appointment and the women stated they had to have my son's ID and a bill from my current address. No problem I uploaded it. Then I had a phone appointment. I waited 45 minutes never received a call. So I called. The lady answered the phone, stated they could not read my sons W2s. So I texted...read full review
