I've been taking my dog (potter) here since he was a puppy and they always listen to the type of cut I want for him and if I ask them not to do something like ear cleaning then they makesure not to do it. Thank you so much for his recent haircut!! We love it.

This was the first time I’ve ever needed a dog hotel service. I left my Venancio here from Thursday to Monday. I am very happy with the customer service. They called me and kept me updated… When I picked up my dog he was very happy, clean, relaxed ,and well hydrated. 10/10 recommend, I will definitely be returning.

Kristen is the best groomer, she's so sweet and treated my little Beary like the King he is! She gave him the best hair cut he's ever had!! Whole staff is super attentive and friendly.
