The actual service in office is good but no one ever answers phones in the office. Call backs take forever. This needs to be fixed!

Absolutely wonderful!! She even answered questions I did not know I had but would have if I thought about it Ms Robles was very thorough and made me understand my medical problems. She was very patient with me and seemed to listen to what I had to say
