It was a good experience, the dentist was very nice & approachable. She explained everything well & made sure my son gets the treatment he needed. The employees were exceptionally accommodating. They were so polite. We didn’t have any problem so thank you!

My experience at Dr. Big Smilez was good. The people were friendly, the facility was clean, and the person that cleaned my teeth was knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to my concerns.

Today was my first visit and everyone was just so nice and friendly. I am usually a big scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. I was not as tense as I usually am. Everything was explained to me completely. What they were going to do. What they recommend, and they explained what they were going to submit to the insurance for approval. Every detail, I really didn't have any questions in the end. Very professional. My first visit was definitely 5 stars. Thank you to Big Smilez Dentist and staff. I am ? a happy patient. ☺️??
