Technician arrived I was explaining issues with the central area unit. He checked the capacitor was bad replaced. He also check Freon is low too, inspected coils extremely dirty. They removed coils from attic flush and clean re-install, check for leaks, flush pan drain line, added 1.5 lb of Freon. Now the AC is cooing like a champ
