Customers appreciate the hospital's kindness, helpful staff, and loyalty program, which allows them to earn "paws" towards future visits. The boarding facility is also praised for taking excellent care of pets during their stays. The hospital's gentle approach and thorough explanof procedures make it a trusted choice for even the most timid furry companions.
It was a quick and very routine visit. We felt very comfortable and my girl Charley was handled with love and care. We appreciated our Vet Hannah and the vet tech were both gracious, kind and gentle. We appreciated the service they provided!
Dr. Smith, Dr. Hester and their staff are the best! Kind, caring and most importantly knowledgeable and well-trained. They have been my household's veterinarian of choice for our cats for 19 years - Lake Worth and then Mineral Wells. (Douglas and Keven pictured; and new to the family Gracie and Nora). We encourage anyone seeking the very best in pet care to call for an appointment!
I love this animal hospital. They are so good with my puppy. I’ve used them before and I live in Fort Worth and I’m willing to travel the 45 minutes to them because I trust them and I know how good they are and how compassionate they are when I lost My fur baby They were really good. Now my daughter-in-law uses them as well. I really do recommend them.
