Had B & B plumbing came out to fix drainage issues and told them water was backing up in the shower and coming out of the toilet onto the floor. They pulled the toilet and replaced to toilet ring. Asked if they was going to run a snake in the drainage pipe. The gentleman said no that he didn’t think that was the problem. Charge $500.00 and still didn’t fix the problem. So I went and rented a snake from ACE Hardware in town ran the snake now the problem has gone away.

I called B & B to get them to come unstop our kitchen sink. They were not able to come out for a couple of days but the boss told me what else to try since everything else T had tried had failed to work. I did what he said, it took overnight to work, and with a little help from my air compressor it unclogged the drain.I want to thank him for the help & recommend them if you’re having a similar problem.

I hired B&B plumbing to replace the sewer drains at my home on November 17, 2022. They agreed to tunnel underneath the house, and run new lines to all water fixtures, costing $12,000 total. We had an agreement that they would get half the money before the work was done, and the other half after all work was complete. They began work on November 18th. The tunnel beneath the house was finished that day. In writing, B&B said that the job after the tunneling would take 1 and a half days to hook up all of the pipes. The B&B employees repeatedly never showed up, or would show up and work for only an hour or two before leaving again, even when the weather was nice. They repeatedly told me that the job would be completed the following day, but it never was. They did not put a cover over the trench beneath the house even though they were asked to do so, so when it began raining on November 24th, the trench wide enough to fit a grown man and about 15 ft long filled completely with water, which caused major settling on the foundation of the home. The job wasn't finished until December 15th, so we were forced to be without working washers, sinks, and toilets for a month. On December 11th the B&B plumber told me the washing machine was fixed and ready to go, but when I ran it, it was not hooked up properly and flooded our house, so they had to go back and work on it further. They demanded I pay them more before they would finish the job, despite the agreement being that they would get the other half after all work was complete. Liz said that because the job was "90% done", and they had to pay their crew, I had to give them more money to finish. They would provide no compensation for the flood damage to the interior of my home, and made no apologies for the month it took to get a job done that they said would take less than a week.

I'm only adding another star for Corey - he serviced our home when we moved in last year and he was wonderful. Very straightforward and reasonably priced. But whoever is taking calls in their office now is very unprofessional. I called a week before to have my leaky faucet repaired, and she put me on the schedule. The day that she scheduled me for, I called to ask when they would be arriving. She replied, "Oh, I meant to call you yesterday, but we're not able to service your house today." Okay? When I gave her another date to have them come out, she said, "Okay, let me call you back to see if those dates ate available. Or give me a call later today." Wait, I thought it was your job to call me. Turns out, we did have to call back, and she said, "Yes, both of those dates are available, but just so you know servicing your area will be $400 for the first hour." Excuse me? I live in Granbury, but I have never had to pay that much before. Sad to say I won't be calling them again.Services: Shower installation

I had a semi-urgent plumbing issue and they were able to get to me same day! The issue ended up being more extensive than they could complete that evening, but they were there bright and early the next morning to finish up. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Cory and Robert!Services: Plumbing pipe repair

Hay out there. I have a three story apartment building and it is going through a renovation. Still had iron drain line on the west end of the building. Was having many issues with drain clogging up. Cody of B & B Plumbing unclogged the drain several times. Finally said "it's time to get rid of the iron drain, it's collapsing in the locations of the pipe hangers". So, off we go to replace the pipes. Once he got to the basement he was going to have to jack hammer the concrete to replace the iron pipe going under the slab. This is stating to get very expensive. Then he said "we could put a lift station and pump it out to the main line on the other side of the basement wall". We did that and its wonderful. The saved me many thousands of dollars. Had only one issue with the pump. They came out and fixed it without any charge. These guys are very nice and informative. Honest and forthright. My go to plumbers.Services: Sewer repair
