Came home late on a Friday to a hot house and never expected that a tech would come out the same night. We called Thumbs Up at the recommendation of a friend and they showed up within an hour! They had our A/C cooling and operational extremely quickly. Highly recommend!
I seldom write reviews but I had to for this company. I can't say enough about these people and their professionalism. Ever time I call them, they either answer the phone immediately or call me back quickly. They also are extremely prompt on getting to my house and fixing the problem.
Rusty and his crew did amazing work on my new system installation, they corrected ductwork to get maximum volume and efficiency and the new system he recommended Amanda S series is working perfectly and my house is so comfortable from room to room and west side of the house where the air flow was lacking if now comfortable. I’m so impressed with the quality and efficiency of the system and Thumbs up has knocked it out of the park!!!
