The Joint Chiropractic facility in Midlothian did not disappoint. The moment I opened the door I was greeted by Mrs. La Resa. She was very pleasant and took her time asking and answering my questions. The intake process was seamless and didn’t take long. I was seen, evaluated and adjusted by Dr. Joe. He felt caring and was comfortable. He asked questions and gave a great assessment for my concerns. My adjustment was great and the treatment plan was explained and most importantly the price was right. As a veteran it felt good finding a place that understands what we have been through. Veterans do get a discount ( chef kiss)!
We have been coming to this location for about two months. We have both literally seen chiropractors all over the country. I personally think that my first chiropractor likely saved my life. Both of the chiropractors Joe and Eddie are excellent. After a treatment for my plantar fasciitis I literally left feeling like I was walking on air which had never happened in 30 plus years of chiropractic care. The new receptionist though I have found on the two occasions that we have encountered her seems to be pushing the app for some reason. This is likely as the company is pushing her to do so. We simply have no interest in another app on our phones.
Dr. Eddie and the other staff members are always very attentive, show genuine concern and are always pleasant to be around. Then the real work begins! Dr. Eddie talks with me about my concerns and discusses what our plan to make me feel better is. Excellent location and I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Eddie!
