“Michael came recommended by my backyard neighbor. Our insurance company rejected our claim that was submitted by another roofer. The insurance company was way off base and it did not help that the roofer we originally chose lacked professionalism when it came to dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. Our neighbor recommended Circle A and Michael and his team & public adjuster used their knowledge and professionalism to get the valid claim processed. The insurance company originally said it was under $3k damage, then said it’s half a roof which makes no sense when you could physically see damage on the entire roof.
