Nice gym!! clean, friendly staff, decent equipment, good size area, multiple weight machines, dumb bells over 100lbs, has child care area, no longer has pool, I’d give it 5 stars if it were open 24 hours and holidays.

Perfect gym. You can't find your equipment here somethings wrong. Lots of free weights, machines of all types, cable mechanisms, treadmills and steppers, Changing areas etc etc. A Good gym.

Love it here , great equipment, fun classes, and all-over pretty genuine people. The staff are amazing and all-around super friendly and helpful. Strict dress code, though. Their bathrooms are always super clean, including the locker rooms and showers! All over a good gym and in the heart of Midlothian!
