They helped with the warranty process after a thorough troubleshooting of the issue. Scheduled next day service in the evening, in order to accomodate a fast repair and all together great experience. Would recommend.
By far the most honest company I’ve worked with. None of that up charge method most hvac companies do, they only tell you what is needed and what is the most rational/ reasonable route to take when it comes to fixing the unit. Nice people, great customer service and quick response. Wouldn’t recommend any other company to family and friends. Elite air is what everyone needs when it comes to their hvac systems.
This company helped me with an issue after hours and with their help I was able to resolve the issue.
Without their help I would have had to go to a hotel due to the temperature in the house was getting too hot.
