Our old tankless unit (13 yrs old) stopped working. Called DJM Plumbing, they came out next day to check it out, they suggested a bigger capacity unit, ordered it, and installed it two days later. Works great, and we were very happy with the response time and open communication they maintained throughout the process. 5 stars!

I recently contacted DJM Plumbing to resolve a water-pressure issue, and I’m very glad I did. David responded quickly and had the problem diagnosed and corrected in a timely manner. Amazing customer service! Great communication about arrival time and they did not try and push me for unnecessary upgrades. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time without feeling sales pressure.
