Me and my friend really enjoyed the core class we attended, it was our first time to attend a class at the studio and we really liked it. It had a friendly atmosphere and the instructor was very nice as well. The core class was great it really focused on the ab muscles. I’ll definitely be back.
Clean equipment in good condition, plenty of stations to work out on. Was never that busy when I was there. The staff were always very helpful and nice, willing to show you whatever you needed and answer my dumb questions.
I have attended classes at Crescent Yoga several times now. I have enjoyed every class and every instructor. I have also met some lovely people there. I plan to make it my “go to” yoga place as long as they will let me come!
