If I could give Brandon and Blue Diamond Pools more than five stars, I absolutely would. Brandon’s customer service is truly exceptional. Even when he isn’t physically at my home, he has continued to help me troubleshoot and fix my pool virtually, taking the time to answer my questions, walk me through solutions, and make sure everything is working properly.
What really stands out is how attentive and responsive he is. He never makes me feel like I’m bothering him, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers long after the initial service is complete.

If you want 5 star service in every way possible, Blue Diamond pools are a no brainer. I guarantee you that you won’t find better people to work with than Brandon and Kim. Not only did they do a phenomenal job for us, but they were extremely patient with the million questions we had. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the business and did not come with any of the fluff that majority of these large pool companies come with. They explained each step clearly, kept us informed, and followed through on every commitment. The quality of their work truly shows—our pool looks amazing and functions perfectly.
