Great customer service! Quick, responsive, and did great work. Owners even came out after the repair was done to check on completion. Would definitely reach out to them again and recommend.

If I could give Brandon and Blue Diamond Pools more than five stars, I absolutely would. Brandon’s customer service is truly exceptional. Even when he isn’t physically at my home, he has continued to help me troubleshoot and fix my pool virtually, taking the time to answer my questions, walk me through solutions, and make sure everything is working properly.

If you want 5 star service in every way possible, Blue Diamond pools are a no brainer. I guarantee you that you won’t find better people to work with than Brandon and Kim. Throughout the process and still to this day, they’re both very eager to support us through this new journey. I can’t thank you guys enough!
