The Customer Service department, setting up the appointment and calling back to discuss the warranty on the range I was no longer using was worthless. 7 people later, 5 transfers, 3 chats, holds and got disconnected twice. 1st after holding for 40 minutes the rep picked up while talking in the background and hung up. The 2nd time, rep hung up as I was telling her what was going on, again after holding for another 20 minutes. extremely unsatisfied with the Customer Service Process.“
