If there is ever a 5 star company this is definitely it. Service superior to any I have ever had. The communication skills of these employees is incredible. All appointments were communicated and always 2 to 3 minutes ahead of schedule, reminders sent by text and always a call from the office. Lisa was our sales person and if I texted her a question it was an instant response regardless of the time of day or evening. She is very honest and knowledgeable of the products. Abraham and his helper installed 31 windows in a day and a half, incredible work, the windows and the work site was left spotlessly clean. From the first moment I called the window source of west Texas to the end of a perfect installation . They were great! Super friendly and professional ?. No issues at all, definitely recommend these people.
Used the window source for a fixer upper house, the experience from first meeting to installation was impeccable! Lisa was so helpful, she knows the ins and outs of the process and tells it like it is. Would recommend!
