The team is professional, very responsive and clearly dedicated to delivering high quality service. Jackie was assigned to help us with the conversion and she has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. I think I have asked her a hundred questions and each one was answered thoroughly. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its clients and goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. What an awesome, kind and helpful group of people! I’ll preface by saying that WTITC is focused on managed services, ongoing accounts, but after getting my laptop back from Geek Squad in worse condition than when I brought it in, I took a shot and emailed WTITC to see if they would take a look at my laptop for just a single repair. John graciously said that they would take a look at it, I brought it in, and by the very next day I had my laptop back and it works perfectly!
