Walmart Vision & Glasses

I went to get a new frame for my glasses because I thought they were helpless. Melyssa was the one to help me. She took a look at my glasses and was able to fix them. She helped me to save money and my glasses. She was so sweet and helpful. I’ve been there a couple of times and i always have a great service. And i have all the intentions of keep going.

Best customer service ever. Meyssa was very professional, informative, and caring. She was able to help my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses in no time. Thank you again… I do highly recommend this vision center to everyone. Affordable price and great service!!!!!!!

My experience with the Walmart vision was above and beyond what I expected. Good customer service is hard to come by in the Midland area, probably because jobs are so expandable here... or so it seems. Nonetheless, Melyssa was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during my visit. She even took the time to make sure I had the right fit for my glasses and looked at the many possibilities using my insurance for either my glasses or contacts to get the best deal. I really do appreciate her and her excellent customer service.
