We won the 25 Days of Christmas give away. They explained everything when they came out and answered all the questions we had. The day of installation went so smooth. They were scheduled for two days, the guys completed the windows in one day. We had 17 windows, original to the house built in 1975. None of our windows opened. The guys did a great job and cleanup. Everyone was so kind and professional. Sandy and her husband are so caring and sweet. This was such a blessing to us. We love our new windows. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

We love the staff at The Window Source of West Texas, from the initial call to the consultation with Lisa, (love her) to the installation you will be satisfied with the entire process. Everyone is so professional, we have had them install the beautiful picture windows then we had them start replacing some double hung windows and we’ve been very happy with the quality of the products and the installation, Hank does a great job with the install (much respect for his work) very professional, the windows open without any problems, he does his work fast but is very meticulous with the installation, he leave the place as if nothing even happened. Replacing window units is one of the biggest “maintenance” cost a home owner will have. We had saved because we knew with the age of our home and condition of several of our windows we were going to need to do something. We have 33 window units in our home and most are large windows. Several had moisture between the glass, some had sun damage to the framing and most had hail damage to frames and seals. The windows facing south would not seal completely and two units wouldn’t seal completely. You could hear the wind on those two units and feel air blowing in. Our 40 year old house needed new units.
