We have used them in the past for minor A/C issues and they provided top notch service! This week we called them again due to our A/C not cooling and making strange sounds. Jimmy came out the same day we called (which is rare for A/C companies esp during the summer time). Sadly we ended up having to do a full system replacement. But on the plus side Jimmy and his crew have us a great price on the system, and was able to install on a Saturday! The crew was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and timely. Jimmy even stopped by to check on things. I can’t recommend them enough, they should def be your only call when it comes to repairing or servicing your HVAC!

The whole experience was excellent. Rudy did a great job of assessing the problem and cleaning the component to get it working properly. He explained how our antiquated system worked and the areas of that require vigilant care and other factors to be aware of. We are very happy with the service done to our heating system. We will likely use Right Way Heating and AC in the future. Thank you again for your prompt service!

Toby was amazing! He was on time and would have been early if I wasn't out running errands. He took the time to call my home warranty instead of me calling them and handing the phone to him.
