My children and I had a great experience at our initial consultation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also Dr. Sullivan was very friendly and patient with us , she explained all our treatment options clearly. I never felt rushed, and all my questions and concerns were answered. I also appreciated the affordable,flexible financing options that make treatment manageable. We look forward to starting out treatment !!!
Today I got my braces and I’m very happy with them, everything went smooth. I want to think Julie for everything, very nice and kept a good conversation going to make the process easy and smooth.
Andromeda was our treatment coordinator for my daughter’s initial visit for braces. She was very helpful and kind. Answered all of questions and helped us get in a payment plan that worked best for our family. Highly recommend Smile Straight for ortho needs. My son is almost done with his ortho treatment plan as well, pleasant experiences for all of his visits as well.
