I wish I could rate this place more stars than 5... My dogs NEVER wanted to leave... I took them here every trip I went on, for 3 years and they absolutely LOVEEEE IT here. I always felt so good leaving my dogs there with no worries and so much piece of mind that they would be safe, loved on, happy, and genuinely taken care of. I moved to GA recently and miss this place so much-- theres been nothing like it like ive found. i WISH it were here in Georgia! I trust them 10000%
We LOVE paws and play! Leaving our boy with anyone other than family is so stressful but we are so thankful to have paws & play bc they always take SUCH good care of Milo. He gets so excited when we arrive and we love all the services they offer like ice cream, bedtime tuck ins, & grooming. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The absolute best!!
My dogs reported that the executive suite was comfortable and had enough space for activities. One of my toy poodles did state that the staff did not give her enough attention (she requires 24/7 at a minimum). The staff was great, and the place did NOT smell like pee.
