I called in to schedule a hair appointment in a weeks advance and setup an appointment with the hair stylist, Kendall.On the day of my appointment another hairstylist told me that Kendall was unable to reach me by phone or text. After I told her that I did not receive any calls or texts. This person suggested that the receptionist Ofelia must of had noted my number incorrectly!I drove 2 hours from Balmorhea to have my hair color to this 4 Stars Hair Salon which I’m very disappointed on how this was handled.
