Geordan was phenomenal and very intelligent on his task at hand. He chased down all problems from previous techs of different companies and solved all issues. Very persistent to make sure all problems were solved. 5 stars to the company by getting tech here on the same day, 10 stars to Geordan for being as good at his job as he can be. If I could request anyone to work on our unit, it would be him.

Another HVAC company convinced us that we had to buy a whole new system for $30k. Oneway gave us a 2d opinion and said no, and signed us up to their regular maintenance program and our HVAC system is working like brand new - and our electricity bill dropped significantly!
