This is a late review. It happened right before 2023 Christmas. I had one water line busted. Tried to contact the plumber I always trust but they refused to come. When called Midtown, they immediately said yes without any hesitation. Finally, Joe (if I remember wrong, I apologize) had it fixed. He was super nice and professional. Highly recommended.

Have had too use them twice so far once for a slab leak and this time for a damaged toilet drain. Both times they were able to get to me quickly and were professional and very communicative throughout each job taking time to show what we’re doing and about anything else they saw. They continue deliver each time I need them and are quickly making me a customer for life.

Great services, y'all have saved me several times when I needed plumbing. I am going to give you 5 stars for your services. Your guys though need to learn better driving practices while representing your company. A white dually pickup that needs to go see a mechanic blowing black smoke into the environment seems to always be in a hurry and maybe should allocate more time for our local traffic. I personally have witnessed this particular vehicle or vehicles changing lanes driving erratically on several occasions, and just now happened to me on Big Spring in front of Sonic at the road construction.
