Midland Tree Service was easy to schedule with and did a great job explaining services. I had two oak trees sprayed to prevent developing acorns. Jeremy was the tech, he worked with our schedule and was very courteous.

Our very large dying mulberry was completely taken back to a carve able stump. This tree overhung the house and required skill and extreme care to get it down without any damage to the house, patio and deck. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and left the area completely cleaned.

We just had our trees trimmed by Midland Tree Service several days ago. There were several things we were expecting to be trimmed that were missed. We were contacted after they were done via email and they asked us to provide them with feedback. We let them know that we were disappointed about a couple of things. Within a few hours, we received calls and texts from a manager and the owner apologizing and asking to come back and make things right. They just came back today and fixed everything we were worried about. I’ve never seen a business so responsive and eager to make the customer happy. Great people and exceptional customer service.
