Absolutely love the customer service! They are always so sweet at the front desk and helpful when I have questions. My massage was fantastic and it was so easy to ask for more or less pressure when I needed it and I never felt uncomfortable. Love it here and I cannot recommend the membership enough!

I was a bit surprised that there was no water available at the location. Following quality massage, it is good to flush the body. Other than this, my experience was great!
