From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with kindness and welcomed into a clean and comfortable environment. The doctors and staff are understanding and empathetic, taking the time to explain everything in detail and provide realistic information to help pet owners make informed decisions. They're thorough in their exams, ensuring pets receive the best possible care, and go above and beyond by providing detailed records and instructions for follow-up care. The staff got us in quickly and treated us with such compassion. They took us to a comfortable room and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted. The nurse was so nice and explained that it might be awhile, which was understandable. The bandaging was very clean work and props to whoever was involved with it. You can tell everyone that works here loves animals. Everything for aftercare was explained clearly. These people were just incredible. They knew immediately what was wrong with her. They helped save her life & were so patient & kind. They're expensive but worth it when your baby's life is in peril.
This clinic really helped us out after a bad experience at another emergency vet. They gave our puppy great care and attention and did everything they said they would. Our little puppy did end having to lose her eye, which we knew was probably going to happen. But the care and bedside manner and the Vet that did the surgery and techs and receptionist were all great. Thank you Dr. Hancock for your bedside manner with our puppy and to the rest of the staff. Hopefully it's a long time before we need another emergency vet but if we ever do we know we will make the drive to Midland.
