The level of unprofessionalism and lack of skill at this place is only matched by the absurdity of the cost. Today my wife called me in irate tears because the moron of a hair dresser who was tasked with a cut and balayage accomplished the highlight job her 16 YO BFF would have done 20 years ago. Attention all ladies, avoid this place at all costs. Or you will overpay for possibly the worst beautification process you will ever see. The idea that its in the same parking lot as Good Will and last minute hair appointment was available should have tipped us off. Next time we will be sure to better vet our selection. Don't make our same mistake.
Update added pictures including the inspiration photo. The hairdresser is now texting my wife with excuses and blame for her poor work. FYI she went to Salon A and the folks there know what their doing. Took 4 hours but she was able to undo the mess Ester created.
