So a friend referred me to this salon after years of being disappointed by my other experiences. I had some time so I just popped in to see about making an appointment and it turned out Kelli had some time before her next client. She did exactly what I wanted. The salon is very welcoming and Kelli and Robin are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and I love my haircut

Kelli is amazing! This was my first time getting my hair cut at Gigi's but Kelli made me feel like I had been a client for years. The consulation before cutting was very thorough. The cut was just what I wanted. I have never had a stylist take such care to get every cut exaclty right but she did. She was friendly and just lovely. She urge me to come back if I felt there was something wrong with the cut like tags of hair. There were NONE. She did a superb job and I felt very comfortable. I will be a regular client from now on.
