Our AC went down and they were at the house within the hour. They got to the issue with no problem are were very informative on how to handle and care of the system effectively. Recommend to anyone in the area looking for great customer service and excellent work.

My HVAC went out over the weekend during the cold snap at around 4 AM. Called his office at 8 AM on a Sunday, and he was at my house that afternoon and had the issue fixed within an hour! Fantastic service! What was more, Robert took the time to walk me through each issue and how to trouble shoot moving forward! If you have any HVAC concerns, I highly recommend calling GENMECH AC and Robert and his Team.

I had my entire HVAC unit replaced by General Mechanical, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They quickly diagnosed that my old system was outdated and still using a type of Freon that’s no longer even in production.
