Love this place I enjoy the work outs I’ve improve so much in my exercise specially pushups love the coaches all are nice this place really keeps me motivated to keep working out ?? thanks F45 (Midland)
I've been at F45 Gym for over a week, and I really like it. The trainers are super friendly, making the workout sessions enjoyable and motivating. Their welcoming attitude adds to the overall positive experience at F45.
I’ve been a member at F45 for right at about a year now and have been in the gym for 260 days of that year. I love the way they’re able to make it part of your routine and it’s changed my mindset about fitness and working out. The trainers are encouraging and the sense of community you build with the other people in your class builds both a support team and an accountability net. I’ve never been an avid gym guy but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with F45. I’m not at my fitness goal yet but I can see the progress and I know I will get there with F45 and their support.
