Dr. Vikram N. Patel - Sinus, Ear, Nose & Throat Center of West Texas is a shining example of efficient, high-quality care. The doctor is very nice and communicates very well on what’s going on and what he will do to help fix the problem. He calls patients back himself, so there is basically no wait time and no waiting in a room with a nurse beforehand. The facility is clean, and the staff is all kind, friendly, polite, and ready for you all the time. They are SUPER efficient, extremely polite and knowledgeable, and have everything ready when you walk in. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, very gentle with children, and can often do needed procedures in the office the same day. One reviewer had trouble with their sinuses, and Dr. Patel fixed it all. Another noted that he was suspicious of cancer, pinpointed it fast, and was 100% correct. The staff called within 30 minutes of leaving, had everything approved with insurance, and scheduled an appointment. The doctor, not a nurse, called back with results over the phone. Patients learn the staff by name—only four of them—and they treat everyone with kindness and respect, listening and repeating information without getting impatient. Highly recommended.
