Many customers appreciate the personal touches, like updates on their pets. Despite its location being a bit inconvenient, it's highly recommended for pet owners.
If I good give more stars, I would. The owner is so accommodating. She wants to know all your pet's little quirks to help them feel more comfortable. & She sends updates with videos! My two dogs came back completely unfazed. No anxiety or behavioral changes whatsoever. First time that has ever happened upon us being separated. Thank you Furry Friends Pet Lodge!
Joy, Jamie, and the rest of the staff are amazing with my dog and always make me feel like he is in good hands. They are super accommodating with changing times and adjusting reservations, and are so sweet to my little guy. The facilities are not fancy, but have AC for the doggies and in/out areas if you want, so if that sounds like what you’re looking for, I highly recommend coming here. I have been for several years :)
All staff is friendly and they got me in at the VERY last minute! Prices are VERY reasonable and the manager Jamie even sent me a picture of how my boy was doing since this was his FIRST time boarding. Highly recommend. ?
