Consummate professional, entire transaction went precisely as he outlined it would at the outset, because he knows the market so well. A hiccup needing repair, from hail damage, again was resolved, without prolonging our time frames, at all, due to his detailed knowledge of how to move every associated element of a home transaction forward. We were beyond blessed measures to have been introduced to Chris Beckett. My family and I were in search of our forever home and Chris made it happen.He made the process so SMOOTH to say he can handle any bump that came his way is a complete understatement. We unfortunately ran into a couple of problems with the listing agent but Chris ALWAYS found a solution no matter the time or day.
