Jack the salesman went out of his way to make sure I got the best service I could find. The construction crews that came to my house were very respectful of my wife and kids. Bothe crews cleaned up after themselves. And even picked up after other contractors I had working at that house. Jack also called after the ice storm on 1/24/26. To make sure all was good. Charles Terry construction never pressured me into products that I did not want or need The first few photos are of the finished product and the last few are what my house look like before they started the job
